FUNGI Media is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Video Project & Client Manager to oversee the project management and client success of key accounts at Fungi Media. The ideal candidate enjoys running projects from booking to completion, has project management experience and possesses extreme ownership – both in their work and overseeing the completion of other people’s work.
This role is a building block in our foundation. The successful candidate is Type-A, highly driven, proactive, deadline-focused and excited to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:
Project/Account Management
Own key client relationships and build client accounts by establishing trust and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
Lead client calls and meetings to uncover needs, provide updates, and receive project feedback.
Communicate clearly with clients, address concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Oversee the delivery of projects and services to the client.
Proactively communicate deadlines, milestones and phases to clients and Fungi team.
Establish priorities within Fungi to meet each specific client and project deadline.
Monitor budgets, explain costs to client and discuss new terms as necessary.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy with products and services.
Sales Support
Intake new project requests, run discovery meetings and fill out creative briefs.
Work with internal creative teams to propose solutions to clients
Creating statements of work, creative proposals and closes the sale
Contribute information and ideas to sales strategies by looking for opportunities in conversations and accessing needs.
Requirements/Experience/Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years in client services & account management with video production experience
3-5 years of project management experience in an environment with changing timelines or requirements
Content creation and video production knowledge required
Project management skills
Tech savvy with experience using project management software
Production or agency experience preferred
Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline-driven, hard-working, prepared and proactive
Verbal and written communication and customer service skills
High listening, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
Ability to work with a variety of different people, personalities and communication styles
Ability to prioritize a constant flow of changing tasks
Work Requirements:
Full-time position (40 hrs per week)
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm
